Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This policy explains what data VC Games ("we") collects when you use PlayXu, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: support@vcgames.vn.
What we collect
- Without an account. When you first receive Xu (daily reward or in a game) we create a guest wallet and store a cookie that links your browser to it. We also count how often each game is played; these counts are not linked to you.
- With an account. Your email address, the display name you choose, your password (stored only as a salted one-way hash, never in plain text) and the history of your Xu.
- Game progress. Games save your progress in your browser. For our Unity games we also keep a copy of that save data on our server, linked to your guest wallet or account, so you can continue on another device and do not lose progress when a game is updated.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and browser information to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not store IP addresses in our database.
Cookies
pl: keeps you signed in to your guest wallet or account (up to 400 days). Required for Xu.adm: only for our staff, to sign in to the admin pages.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies today. If we show ads in the future, advertising partners (for example Google) may use cookies to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
How we use your data
To run the site and your wallet, to keep your Xu safe and stop cheating and abuse, to answer your messages, and to improve our games using total play counts. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that run the site for us (Cloudflare for hosting, database and storage), and with authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account data and game saves are kept until you delete your account. Guest wallets and their game saves that are not used for 12 months may be removed.
Your rights
You can see your Xu history and change your name and password on your account page, and delete your account there at any time (this removes your email, name, password, Xu history and game saves). You can also ask us for a copy of your data or for any other request by writing to support@vcgames.vn. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California) you may have further rights under local law.
Children
Our games are for a general audience. You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. Younger players can play without an account. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
